Seasonal Walk with a Naturalist - June 29

Take a walk with Jill Osgood, Maine Naturalist, and the SPLT! We’re hosting a series of lunchtime walks on Land Trust trails across the city. Jill will walk and talk with us about things to notice along the trail geared toward the season—birds, flora, fauna, and trees, to name a few. Walks last around an hour.

This event is free for everyone, but please consider becoming a SPLT Member or making a tax-deductible donation. Your support allows us to run events such as these!

June 29: Long Creek Trail, park in the Opportunity Alliance Parking Lot and meet by the trailhead.
July 27: Armory Trail into Hinckley Park, park at the Armory and meet at the trailhead. We’ll walk the Armory Trail and cross Highland Ave. into Hinckley Park.
August 17: Dow's Woods, park in the lot (if there’s room) or at high school lot on Highland and walk to the trail head.

Please use the form below to pre-register, choosing one, two, or all three walks! Once you register, you’ll receive an email prior to the event with parking and walk instructions.
