We are holding a volunteer work day this coming Saturday, May 22 at 11:00 am. Please meet at the Clarks Pond trail head at Home Depot.

Volunteer work will include:

  • Planting and watering seedlings and trees

  • Cutting back invasive plants

  • Spreading wood chips

  • Layering fabric

  • Improving the entrance to Clark's Pond Trail

  • Stair improvements

  • General clean up and trash removal

Please bring gloves, loppers, pruners, and handsaws if you have them!

We are looking for several team leaders to lead small groups of volunteers. If you are interested in being at team leader, please reach out to Tom Blake or call (207) 415-3944. If you would like to just volunteer, please show up (no need to RSVP). Visit our website for directions to the trailhead.

Did you miss our cedar seedling giveaway last weekend? We have more seedlings to give away at the volunteer work day!
