Learn the basics of growing a garden in containers, raised beds, and even indoor herbs. From seed starting to soil, water, sun and fertilizer, Raychell will teach you all you need to get you started growing edible plants in your space.
Held at the South Portland Community Center Senior Wing, 21 Nelson Road, South Portland. Class begins at 1:00PM and last approximately two hours.

About the Host: Raychell Libby, a horticulturist, has been working in the plant industry for over thirteen years. She has extensive experience with veggies, houseplants, perennials and shrubs. Raychell also has a background in farming, both vegetables and livestock.
